The USWE OUTLANDER 4L Hydration Pack is built for riders who need maximum hydration without the extra bulk. Designed to keep you hydrated and focused on the trail, it includes a durable 3.0L Elite hydration bladder with a wide Slide-Seal™ opening for quick and easy filling with water or ice.

After your ride, the bladder is fully reversible, making cleaning and drying simple. The Hydraflex drinking tube is securely held in place with convenient tube clips, ensuring easy access while you ride. For even greater convenience, the pack is compatible with the USWE Hands-Free Kit (sold separately), allowing you to attach the drinking tube directly to your helmet.

HOW TO ADJUST YOUR NDM 1 HARNESS

All of our NDM 1 products are unisex and are designed and tested for both men and women. To set up the harness follow the steps below.

Put the backpack on. Adjust the horizontal chest straps to a comfortable length (The two “d-rings” allow you to change between a larger and smaller size). Use the outer ring for the large size and loop through both for the smaller size.
Adjust the vertical shoulder straps (If needed) to adjust the height of the buckle, the center buckle should align around the height of your solar plexus. Do note that a few models like Race 2.0 and Outlander PRO does not have this setting due to their low weight.

BACKPACK CARE

After Every Use

Empty the pack completely after each ride
Brush clean any soiled areas with mild soapy water (any biodegradable bike wash)

Periodically

Spot clean with mild soapy water (any biodegradable bike wash)
Keep zippers clean to extend lifespan

Storage

Close all compartments
Store in a dry, well-ventilated environment

IMPORTANT:

Never put your pack into a washing machine or dryer, this damages the PU coating. Only hand wash
The pack fabrics can’t be ironed

HYDRATION BLADDER CLEANING GUIDE

Cleaning

Turn the bladder inside out by placing your hand inside, gripping the base, and pulling it back through the opening — like turning a sock inside out.
Once inverted, wash with warm water and mild soap or a bladder-specific cleaning tablet.
Scrub the interior gently with a long-handled brush to remove residue and buildup.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water until all soap is gone.

Drying

Prop the bladder opening wide using a Hydration Bladder Drying Rack (CCW-019) or clean kitchen utensil to allow airflow.
Hang in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Allow the bladder to dry completely while inside out before storing.

Expert Tip & Storage

Freezer Method: After drying completely, store the bladder in the freezer between frequent uses to help prevent bacteria and mold buildup.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in order to obtain a refund to the rand value of the purchased items being returned, the product(s) being returned must be sent back to Vivo Vita Sport within 7 days, in its original condition and provided they have not been washed or worn and bear their original labels.

Please ensure the items are returned in the exact condition they were received in, and in their original packaging complete with all swing tags with labels attached.

Warranty

At USWE we always stand behind our products and that’s why all our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty doesn’t include the USWE disposable hydration bladders or Hydrapak mouthpieces.
