The first thing I noticed about the bar was the carb 50g of carbs in a bar. As an athlete, that’s great news for me. I need lots of carbs per/hour, I used to have to eat 2 bars or 3 gels to get the carbs I needed in. Now I just take one 1 bar and don’t have to stress about hitting my carb goals. It’s also really easy on the stomach, absorbs very easily, also gives long-lasting energy. It’s a proper solid bar, not like those weird rubbery ones that still leave you hungry. STYRKR fills one up. You can taste what’s in them, and they use quality, real ingredients. I proper the natural ingredients that they use. Definitely going to try all the STYRKR bars, along with their other great products.
I’m obsessed with every single flavour of bar. There are so many good flavours that I end up grabbing two before I leave the house just so I can decide which one I’m in the mood for mid-ride. They’re like rice crispy treats but packed with carbs and actually filling. Also perfect for hikes, travel, or a quick breakfast when I’m rushing out the door. Honestly haven’t had a single one I didn’t like – which never happens for me. Super stoked Strykr is finally in SA!
