About The Warranty
USWE stands behind the quality and durability of its products. That’s why all USWE products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. This warranty, however, does not cover disposable hydration bladders or HydraPak mouthpieces. If you experience any issues with your USWE product, we are here to help. We aim to get your product repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. USWE will repair or replace, at its discretion, any manufacturing defects free of charge. Please note, that this warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or usage beyond reasonable expectations.

Hydration Bladder & HydraPak Coverage
If you have issues with a hydration system included in your USWE backpack you can claim with HydraPak because of their “beyond lifetime guarantee” policy by filling out their warranty claim here.

2. Provide Supporting Materials
Include clear images or videos that showcase the issue. These visuals help us make the right decisions and speed up the claim process.
3. Proof of Purchase
Please provide proof of purchase so we can verify your warranty eligibility.
Accepted forms include:
• Your Vivo Vita Sport order number
• A credit card statement (only for purchases made directly from Vivo Vita Sport)
